About Us
Rim Straightening
Aluminum Alloy wheels tend to bend after impacting a large enough pothole or the like. The symptoms of a bent rim are: vibration in the steering wheel, vibration elsewhere in the car when itβs moving, or loss of air pressure in the specific bent wheel.

I came to Crimson with a moderate but lengthy curb rash on my rear passenger side wheel. He took care of me pretty quickly to set up an appointment. Gave me an estimate based on photos and gave me a pretty accurate wait time. he was very nice and considerate, and once he saw the wheel in person and figured it wasnβt as bad as he thought he didnβt still charge me the same amount . He bought the price down based on how much work it was actually going to have to put onto it. Heβs fair with the pricing and his results are amazing and obviously he canβt do miracles so as long as itβs doable, heβll make it look the best you can. The wheel looks so much better than it has ever before

I trusted Crimson Wheel Repair with my very first brand-new car because of all the positive reviews online, but the quality of work and the customer service I received were deeply disappointing. My wheel initially had only a minor, localized scratch. However, because they repainted the entire wheel to fix it, the entire surface ended up with major finish issues. While the color match was fine, the clear coat finish came out quite uneven and wavy. Under direct sunlight, it is a very noticeable paint leveling defect across the whole wheel, unlike a smooth factory finish. To make matters worse, I paid $175 in cash for this service, but I was not provided with any receipt or paper record of the transaction. When I returned this morning to politely ask if this could be touched up, the owner was unfortunately very dismissive. Instead of looking at the finish objectively, he simply stated that this was "the best they could do" and suggested that if I wanted a flat, smooth surface, I should just go to a dealership and buy an $800 brand-new wheel. I understand this shop is busy with external wholesale accounts, but it is disappointing to see that walk-in retail customers do not receive t

Had damage on all four wheels so I brought them to Crimson after seeing the reviews. They repaired and refinished them and honestly the rims looked brand new. I was pretty impressed with how they came out. John is a straight shooter, has a good sense of humor, and easy to deal with. The rest of the staff are the same way. I went back a few months after my repair because I was getting a lot of vibration at highway speeds after having new tires mounted somewhere else. Turned out whoever balanced them used too much weight on one of my rear wheels. The guys at Crimson rebalanced it down to under 2 oz and the vibration went away. Honest people, good work. Would definitely recommend.

John is the real deal. Super responsive, answers quickly, and actually follows through. I had a pretty bad scratch on my rim and now you would never even know it was there. The finish came out flawless. What really impressed me was how fast he got it done. Half a day and it was back to perfect. On top of that, his pricing is more than fair for the quality of work youβre getting. No games, no upsell, just solid, honest work. Could not be happier. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you again!

John is a true class act. My rims were in really bad shape. All four of them had curb rash and were bent as well. I was left speechless with the result. 100 percent satisfaction. I would recommend to family and friends.
